LeCamp Spinal Flow
Spinal Flow Technique
How Can Spinal Flow Help?
-
Ongoing pain or discomfort — such as back or neck pain, headaches or sciatica
-
Stress, anxiety or feeling constantly on edge
-
Poor sleep, fatigue or difficulty switching off
-
Digestive concerns — such as constipation, diarrhea or changes in digestion
-
Ongoing health challenges that leave you feeling like your body is struggling to find balance
But Spinal Flow is not about chasing individual symptoms.
It is about supporting the nervous system and the whole body — because what you feel in one place may be part of a much bigger picture.
Understanding Your Body
Your Body Is Incredibly Intelligent
When physical, emotional, or chemical stress builds over time, communication between the brain and body can become less efficient.
Your nervous system can become stuck in Fight, Flight, or Freeze — the body's protective stress response — instead of spending enough time in Rest, Repair, and Digest, where the body can relax, recover and restore.
Your body never stops trying to protect you. Sometimes it simply needs the opportunity to feel safe again.
Your body has its own natural ability to respond and change. My role is to gently support that process, helping create the conditions for your nervous system and body to respond in their own way and at their own pace.
What Might I Experience After a Session?
Every body responds differently. Some people notice changes during their first session, while others notice them gradually over time. Your body responds when it is ready.
Some people leave feeling lighter, calmer or with less discomfort. Others may not notice much change at first. Occasionally, you may experience increased discomfort for a few days as your body responds and begins to change.
Spinal Flow sessions are cumulative, meaning each session builds upon the previous one. Healing is not always a straight line — it is a personal and individual journey.
After your session, drink plenty of water, get some fresh air, take it easy if your body asks you to, and most importantly, be kind to yourself.
